Events

We are pleased to announce that classes teaching Islamic & Qur'anic Studies for girls high school and up only will begin this month on October1st, 2011, insha-Allah.  These classes offer a formal approach to help young sisters who have already earned a certain level of knowledge in these subjects continue seeking knowledge in the Islamic sciences.  Masha-Allah, this is a joint effort of some of the sisters in our community and we are grateful for their enthusiasm and support.

Registration and orientation begin this Sunday, September 18 at 12:00 PM at the Qur'an Center, insha-Allah.  Please read below for more information.

Islamic & Qur'anic Studies

Teachers: Sister Asmaa Alaoui (Islamic studies) and Sister Kareemah Ali Sharaf Al-ddien (Al-Qur'an)
Time: Every Friday from 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Venue:  Annoor Academy of Knoxville, 724 Foxvue Road Knoxville, TN 37922
Monthly fee: $30 for one student; $50 for two students if from one family
(books and other required materials will be provided)
Registration:  Registration and orientation of the program (for parents) will be held on September 18 at 12.00 PM, insha-Allah. The first month's fees will also be collected on this day.  Classes begin on October 1st, 2011.
